Otis leads K1nesis' technology portfolio, from initial research through federal positioning and IP protection. Before software engineering, he spent 17 years as a paralegal in criminal and contract law — researching and preparing motions and briefs, the same discipline now applied to K1nesis' documentation, compliance, and IP posture.
Ironclad originated from his own research into a gap in GNSS integrity assurance. K1nesis' broader portfolio grew from the same instinct: identify a real gap, document the work rigorously, and say plainly what stage it's actually at.
